Sales Director

Responsibilities:
1.Develop Sales Strategy: Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives and revenue targets. Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth and differentiation. Define sales targets, quotas, and performance metrics to track progress and measure success.

2.Lead Sales Team: Recruit, train, mentor, and motivate a high-performing sales team capable of delivering results and exceeding targets. Provide guidance, support, and feedback to sales representatives to improve their performance and productivity. Foster a culture of accountability, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the sales organization.

3.Drive Sales Performance: Direct sales activities, including prospecting, lead generation, client acquisition, and deal closing, to drive revenue growth and profitability Establish and maintain relationships with key clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to generate leads and secure business opportunities. Monitor sales pipelines, track sales forecasts, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement.

4.Collaborate with Marketing: Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement effective sales and marketing strategies, campaigns, and promotional activities Provide input on product positioning, pricing, and messaging to enhance sales effectiveness and customer engagement. Coordinate sales and marketing efforts to maximize visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation.

5.Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and strategic partners to understand their needs, address their concerns, and ensure customer satisfaction. Act as a trusted advisor to clients, providing expert guidance and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Anticipate client needs, identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities, and deliver value-added solutions to enhance client loyalty and retention.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
2.Minimum of 7 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth.
3.Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to inspire, motivate, and influence a diverse team of sales professionals.
4.Strategic thinker with a results-oriented mindset, capable of developing and executing sales strategies to achieve company objectives.
5.Deep understanding of real estate market dynamics, trends, and customer preferences, with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges. Proven ability to build and maintain relationships with clients, developers, brokers, and other stakeholders to drive sales and revenue growth.
6.Excellent negotiation, presentation, and closing skills, with a focus on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectation
