Senior Real Estate Sales Executive

Responsibilities:
1.Generate Sales Lead: Prospect, identify, and qualify potential clients and leads through various channels, including networking events, referrals, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies. Conduct market research and analysis to identify target markets, demographics, and trends, and develop tailored sales strategies to reach and engage prospective clients.

2.Manage Sales Process: Build and maintain relationships with clients throughout the sales process, from initial contact and consultation to property viewing, negotiation, and closing. Provide personalized guidance, advice, and support to clients, addressing their needs, preferences, and concerns, and offering suitable real estate solutions to meet their requirements.

3.Drive Revenue Growth: Meet and exceed sales targets and quotas by effectively managing sales pipelines, prioritizing leads, and closing deals in a timely manner. Negotiate terms, conditions, and pricing with clients to maximize sales revenue and profitability while ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.

4.Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the sales team, marketing department, and other internal stakeholders to coordinate sales efforts, share market insights, and leverage resources to achieve collective sales goals. Participate in sales meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews to stay informed about company policies, procedures, and industry best practices.

5.Provide Excellent Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process and beyond, ensuring a positive buying experience and fostering long term relationships. Address client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide guidance on real estate transactions, contracts, financing options, and other related matters.

Qualifications:
1.Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or related field; additional certifications or training in sales or real estate preferred.
2.Minimum of 2 years of experience in real estate sales, with a proven track record of success in meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
3.Strong knowledge of real estate market trends, property types, pricing strategies, and sales techniques, with the ability to identify opportunities and address challenges.
4.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport, establish trust, and influence decision-making among clients and stakeholders.
5.Results-oriented mindset, with a focus on achieving sales goals, maximizing profitability, and delivering exceptional customer service.
6.Proven ability to work independently, manage time effectively, prioritize tasks, and thrive in a fast-paced, competitive sales environment.
7.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software, with the ability to track sales activities, manage customer relationships, and generate reports.
