Accountant
Job Description / Responsibilities
1.Follow activity checklist for company accounts thoroughly.
2.Coordinate with clients & company staff for accounts related work.
3.Collection of documents and confirmation by email.
4.Prepare and record asset, liabilities, revenue and expenses entries by compiling and analyzing account information.
5.Maintain and balance subsidiary accounts by verifying, allocating, posting, reconciling transactions, resolving queries.
6.Maintain general ledger by, transferring subsidiary accounts, preparing a trail balance, reconciling entries.
7.Summarize financial status by collecting information, preparing balance sheet, profit and loss, and other statements.
8.Complete external audit by analyzing and scheduling general ledger accounts; providing information for auditors.
9.Secure financial information by completing database backup.
10.Protect organization’s value by keeping information confidential.
11.To update MIS/ERP on daily basis.
12.Email daily work sheet to reporting manager.
13.Update professional knowledge on regular basis.
14.Maintain inward/outward for all documents exchange with clients on daily basis.
15.To assist Managers.
16.Communicating with Supervisors, Peers or Subordinates.
17.Adherence to all company related policies.
18.Any other task assigned by the management.
