Sales Manager

Responsibilities

1.Sales Strategy
a. Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed revenue targets.
b. Formulate effective plans for market penetration, expansion, and customer acquisition.

2.Client Relationship Management
a. Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners.
b. Address customer needs promptly and ensure a high level of customer satisfaction.

3.Business Development
a. Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients.
b. Drive initiatives for business expansion into untapped markets within the region.

4.Sales Performance Monitoring
a. Implement effective sales performance metrics and KPIs to track progress.
b. Analyze sales data to derive insights and make data-driven decisions.

Qualifications
1.Proven experience in sales management within the tyre industry, with a focus on the MEA region.
2.Strong knowledge of tyre products, market dynamics, and customer requirements.
3.Demonstrated success in developing and executing effective sales strategies.
4.Excellent leadership and team management skills.
5.Outstanding negotiation and communication abilities.
6.Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
