Accountant
We are looking for a skilled accountant with mid to senior-level experience. Proficiency in SAP or similar ERP systems is preferred. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in accounting and be able to independently manage tasks up to finalization.

a)Handling Petty cash & posting journal entries
b)Petty Cash reconciliation and preparing cheque
2.International shipment
a.Costing components reconciliation
b.Payment of international shipments
c.Posting International shipments and costing
3.Inventory
a.Transfer of inventory
b.Monthly stock count
c.Third party warehouse inventory
4.Local purchases
a.Local purchase posting
b.Local purchase monthly payments
5.Banking
a.Local and international payments
b.Bank reconciliation
6.Credit Card
a.Credit card reconciliation & payments for shipping department
b.Entering all shipment related costs
7.Adhoc Tasks
a.Utility payments
b.TR sheets & interest calculations
c.Updating all DM related expenses
d.Monthly reconciliation for Customs duty/ insurance / transport charges
e.Updating Vehicle renewals & insurance details
f.Filing
8.Invoicing
a.Delivery notes clearance and follow up
b.Assist Finance Manager whenever required
c.Daily invoicing if required
