Field Force Executive - Mobile Phones

Profile and Description

A field representative is responsible for driving brand awareness through on-site, face-to-face interaction with consumers’ sales team. Field force are liaisons between buyers and suppliers, as they provide valuable information about products and services, the plans and offers to consumers. They always connected in the channel through communication and the distribution of marketing collateral in order to drive sales.

Duties and Responsibilities
• Establish and maintain a professional relationship with customers and personnel.
• Organize, and execute marketing plans and sales programs
• Work closely with sales & marketing teams to execute programs.
• Support sales team as the point of contact person in house and partner sales teams.
• Gather and report customer intelligence to sales teams.
• To understand the preferences of the customers, to conduct analysis of products and to closely monitor the competitor's strategies.
• Monitor the stock position and shelf share. Generate leads from the customers if necessary and report to sales team.
• Execute programs effectively in the channel that drive brand loyalty
• Monitor the Rebate/Incentive programs, promotion activities, offers and ensure the plans are effectively executed in the channel.
• Closely keeps a track record of the sales generated after the implementation of the sales & marketing strategies.
• Implement and maintain POSM, signage, instore-branding, display counters/shelf, merchandise, and other materials to be used at field as part of GTM plans.
• Negotiate with retailers on promotional display and merchandise placement.
• Promote business expansion opportunities to retailers and other merchants through successful field marketing programs.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activities and report to sales team.
• Monitor the parallel import stock, pricing, competition, collect customer’s feedback and report to brand managers.
• Report weekly and monthly on the status of all field activities
• To get a feedback of the customers and answer all the relevant queries to make sure that our brands stay ahead in the competition.
• Study new market segments to enhance the coverage in those areas to ensure increase in the sales.

• Should have basic computer skills and have knowledge of operating different types of software and applications.
Education and Qualifications
• Bachelor degree or their equivalent in experience is necessary.
• 4-5 years of working experience as Field Force Executive for Mobile phones.
