We are looking for candidates for our client based in Oman.
• Send enquiries to suppliers/subcontractors and evaluate their quotations
• Undertake pretender site visit to understand practical difficulties involved in execution of the project
• Develop costing and prepare quotation / Tender with appropriate enclosures
• Maintain cost sheets with current market rates
• Check all commercial clauses of contract viz. terms of payment, advance payment, penalties, payment towards material at site etc.
• Provide feedback to the management on project progress
• Prepare monthly invoices and Certified by Consultant.
• Apply for EOT, Variation requests wherever required
• Prepare Final Account and get it cleared from Client and Consultant
