Marketing Officer
Our Client in Abu Dhabi is looking for a BRANDING OFFICER.
Relevant Experience: 4-9 years experience with at least 3 years of relevant Communication and Brand Management experience in Real Estate sector
• Assists Sales and Marketing Manager to manage relationship with the local, regional and international media to promote the image of the company
• Prepares branding material, real estate collaterals and other editorial content as required by other departments to ensure the desired impact on the target audience.
• Identifies target clients and markets in consultation with Sales and Marketing Officer.
• Represents company's existing and upcoming developments for leasing and selling in the business exhibitions.
• Coordinates and facilitates communication between Company and local/regional media companies.
• Conducts market research in order to identify market requirements in leasing and selling properties.
• Collaborate with third party advertising agencies for brand management and communications.
• Communicate marketing programs to internal and external stakeholders.
• Maintains good understanding of all company's properties available for leasing and selling.
• Strong digital and social media analytics skills
• Managing marketing RFPs from release, to evaluating, assessing and executing
• Competitor mapping, analyzing marketing trends and bring in best practices to the organization
• Strong Google analytics and campaign management skills. Ideally a Google certified professional
