Admin Assistant/HR

Key Responsibilities:
Human Resources:
ï‚· Supports human resources department by organizing tests, and interviews with
applicants.
ï‚· Update the database of CVs received
ï‚· Follow up the required documents from applicants before their joining date.
ï‚· To undertake all required pre-employment checks.
ï‚· Maintains human resources records for employees by recording the hiring, transfer,
termination and monitor staff absences, annual leave, compensatory off.
Administrative:
ï‚· Perform reception duties, address all general inquiries and attend to office security
matters.
ï‚· Assist in the travel arrangement of guests and staffs including reservation of air travel,
hotel accommodation.
ï‚· Assist in facilitating necessary permits/license from the authority, building
maintenance, official vehicles, and other equipment.
ï‚· Maintains stock list and order office supplies as needed.
ï‚· Organize and manage the visa and other legal documents needed by the staff.
ï‚· Coordinate office services- cleaning, driver coordination, internet & telephone
services to be available.
Payroll:
ï‚· To provide payroll inputs and ensure that staff are paid correctly on time.
ï‚· Assist on the process of monthly overtime claims.
General:
ï‚· Respond to ad-hoc requests on a day-to-day basis
Qualifications/Skills:
ï‚· Fluent spoken and written English
ï‚· Good computer skills in Word, Excel and Powerpoint
ï‚· Flexible, resourceful, and efficient
ï‚· Good organizational and interpersonal skills with ability to function in multi-cultural
environment
Education and Experience Requirements:
 Bachelor’s degree
ï‚· 2-3 years of administrative support experience
ï‚· Microsoft suite
