What you’ll do :
• Strategy:
o Build, plan and implement the overall digital marketing strategy for each of the brands in our portfolio
o Prepare and manage digital marketing budgets in line with overall Annual Operating Plans
o Manage and refine the Group’s Social Media presence across multiple brands and geographies
o Continuously review changes in the market, consumer trends, competitor activities and adjust marketing plans as necessary
o Design, manage and measure marketing campaigns including costs and ROI
o Conduct market research and implement best practices
• Daily Operations:
o Create 360 degree view of acquisition and conversion funnel to drive daily objectives of customer acquisition and revenue per brand
o Liase with engineering, category managers and website merchandising team to execute the daily/ weekly merchandising calendar
o Create marketing campaigns designed to drive user engagement across various digital and offline media
o Identify cross-selling and upselling opportunities
Analytics
• Be the voice of the customer internally – share insights on navigation behaviour, product & service appeal
• Understand needs - even those that the customers themselves may not realize
• Stay on top of changing trends and strategic priorities through in-depth data analysis
to predict customer behaviour
What you’ll need

? Educational background – MBA in Marketing with accreditation in digital marketing
