Senior Sales Executive

Main Responsibilities:
To manage and build relationship with the distributors, become a trusted vehicle data value advisor to our partners and help them achieve as much value as possible out of our platform.
This role will have some budget control and ownership of field sales target achievement, whereby the main purpose is to ensure that our Distributors sell our products as per a set plan and take vehicle orders as per factory requirement.
1. Responsible for strategizing and executing sales plan and improving overall
sales operations.
• The successful implementation, ongoing measurement, and improvement of
distributor sales operations
• Assess distributor sales performance and formulate countermeasures wherever
applicable
• Negotiate with distributors in a convincing manner on sales plan and orders and ensure targets and objectives are achieved consistently
• Has high motivation to tackle tough market situations and expand the business
• Organize and maintain a yearly, monthly, and daily schedule for the division
• Organize and arrange sales meetings and other events as required
• Maintain a database of sales, market analysis on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis
• Has adequate business acumen on Gross Profit, price build up and prepares price walk and value analysis on a regular basis
• Able to develop and deliver presentations to General Manager and above with clarity and in a convincing manner

Knowledge, skills, and experience required (including competencies and
attributes):
• Must be fluent in English
• Must be passionate about the automotive industry and sales in particular
• Preferably 3-5 years’ experience of working within a complex business environment
• Influencing Skills at the highest level both within company and external parties
• Ability to organise, work under pressure and effectively prioritise to meet tight deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness and ability to make sound business decisions.
• Highly proficient PC skills
• Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and general PC high-level knowledge
• Knowledge of Dealer and Distributor business
• Must be conscious of teamwork and the impact of decisions made on the rest of the team
• Must have a full automobile license
• Must have knowledge of automobile Sales processes
• Self-motivated, with strong human inter-personal and communications skills, and a passionate, proactive, can-do attitude
• Challenging mind set and responsiveness to customer requirements
• Industry experience or strong product interest are distinct advantages
• Ability to undertake travel without restrictions
