Senior Sales Engineer - Industrial Automation
We are seeking for a senior sales engineer for one of our clients
The responsibilities include:
-To maintain and improve the companies’ existing customer base for the relevant product and service lines.
-To maintain and improve customer satisfaction for the relevant product and service lines.
-To continuously develop and expand the customer base for the relevant product and service lines in line with new client acquisition expectations.
-To manage the sales process from start to finish for the relevant product and service lines, including preparation of costings and techno-commercial offers, attending site surveys and pre-bid meetings, managing commercial
negotiations.
-To design, communicate and execute sales success strategies for job award.
-To proactively maintain the Sales Pipeline.
-To regularly interface and meet with relevant clients, physically or virtually.
-To manage and build a strong working relationship with the relevant principal(s) and key suppliers.
-To be responsible for annual sales target and commitment to principal(s), verify all sales costing and proposals, follow ups to secure orders, participate in technical clarifications and kick off meetings.
-To Prepare Sales Forecasting, Account(s) Strategic Planning, and communicate to principals and senior management.
-To Ensure quality of deliverables and after sales support.
-To supervise the status and prequalification for relevant product and service lines with the various clients (NOCs, IOCs, EPCs, MNCs).
-To collaborate with engineering, sales & technical support to ensure proposals including technical solutions accurately address customer needs and adhere to product standards, quality standards and specifications and
project specifications.
Requirements:
-Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical or Instrumentation & Control engineering
• Minimum of 7 to 8 years’ experience of Sales Experience
• Technical knowledge of Turbomachinery Controls, Vibration & Condition Monitoring
• Commercial Knowledge of Control Systems
• Excellent English Communication Skills
• Valid UAE driving license
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office
• Possess problem analysis and troubleshooting capabilities
