Contribute to opening of Job card and participate in Pre-mobilization meeting
Preparation of the PERT chart for each project
Allocation of manpower
Ensuring projects are being executed as per the chart
Pro-active liasoning with sales, Commercial, Accounts and the Client's representative on Project-related issues
Project completion certificate
Material management in terms of having detailed up-to-date information
Tools and equipment management
Ensuring return of issued tools and equipment's after completion of the project
Reconciliation of material after projects
Prepare QC checklist as required

C Post Costing
Reports on Actual mandays consumed
Preparing and submitting project learning report
Preparing wastage report

D Work Force Management
Daily/ Weekly/Monthly site allocation planning of workers
Leave planning of workers (preferably at the start of the year)
Training - Pool preparation in co-ordination with HR

E Site Management
Taking initiative to minimize wastages and control the consumption of material
Indoctrinate accident-free procedure on site
Arrange resources to make the working conditions safe

F Preparation of following MIS/Reports/Checklist
Manpower allocation report for next 3 months
Wastage report
Quality checklist as decided for each project during pre-mobilization meeting
Material tracking sheet
Site evaluation checklist during feasibilty study
Site evaluation checklist before starting of the project
