Customer Service Coordinator

ARABIC NATIONAL – CUSTOMER SERVICE COORDINATOR

• Qualification : Bachelor’s Degree
• Experience : 4 - 5 years as Customer Service Coordination, handling Government and Corporate Clients
• Knowledge of Preparing and submission of quotation, tender documents, follow-up order processing, stock reports, Preparation of Invoices, LPO, Delivery Notes, etc., Coordinate with Customers thru emails, letters, faxes, and other forms .
• Nationality : Any GCC nationality
• Should be fluent in ARABIC & ENGLISH
• Good knowledge of MS Office package.
• Well Organized, Team Player, Good interpersonal skills with a pleasing personality.
• UAE Driving license an added advantage.
• To start immediately if possible.
