Customer Services Representative
1. JOB PURPOSE
The call center agent is the front line representative in answering all inbound and outbound tenant and prospective tenant calls. The call center agent provides premium customer service to customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; and maintaining database. Agent interacts by phone with outside parties to make appointments, collect information or conduct follow-up.
2. PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES
• To answer all tenants and prospective tenants calls and correspondence in a professional and timely manner.
• Provide high levels of customer service in a proactive and responsible manner.
• Maintain and improve quality results by adhering to standards and guidelines and to make recommendations for improvements in service.
• Input and maintain accurate tenant information and data-base at all times.
• Refer unresolved customer grievances to designated departments for further investigation.
• Outbound call to ensure customers/tenants complaints/service requests are completed
• Collect customers/tenants feedback.
3. SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES

• Data Entry Skills
• Customer Service orientation,
• Attention to Detail
• Working hours (08:00 am to 04:00pm)
• Bilingual: preferred
4. QULAIFICATIONS
• 2 to 3 years' experience with at least 1 year of relevant call center experience
• Diploma or equivalent
