SCM Consultant

Job Responsibilities:
1.Deep understanding of the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform and especially multicounty/multicurrency business operations
2.Work as part of an implementation team ranging in size from 4-6 members on Enterprise ERP Projects.
3.Lead the SCM design process & will require business and application expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365/AX Supply chain functionality including Supply Chain modules like Product, Purchase, Inventory, Sales, Master Planning, Warehouse & Transportation Modules
4.The qualified candidate is expected to fill the role as a subject matter expert on one or multiple projects in analysis, configuration, and testing of Dynamics 365 modules.
5.Additionally, the right candidate will be an individual with strong attention to detail in business process improvements and the ability to see the big picture.
6.Work collaboratively with other functional & technical project team members to ensure successful & timely implementation
7.Actively drive requirements gathering, analysis, design, implementation & testing phases of the D365 Finance module suite
8.Stay current on product capabilities to implement feature/functions on client projects.

Requirements
1.Bachelor / master’s degrees
2.5+ years Dynamics 365/AX with a focus in Supply Chain and Manufacturing
3.Must have 2+ years’ experience with full life-cycle implementation of Dynamics D365 SCM
4.Must demonstrate knowledge and experience in ERP implementation principles, practices and methodologies
5.Ability to do Fit-Gap analysis w.r.t. D365 implementations specifically in SCM space
6.Be the bridge between development team and business.
7.Ability to advice customers on best practices and providing scalable, maintainable solutions
8.Must have experience and strong working knowledge of MS Dynamics D365 SCM and FO modules
9.Understanding of D365 technical aspects/customizations, configurations, workflows, data management etc
10.Understand how to build and maintain positive client and peer relationships
11.Understanding of deployments, environment management
12.Ability to work independently and as a team player and effectively meet project deliverables on time.
13.Excellent verbal, Presentation and written communication skills.
14.Excellent work ethic, positive energy and able to maintain a professional presence in difficult client facing situations
15.Thrive on continuous self-learning and improvement, possess excellent analytical reasoning, problem solving and multi-tasking skills.
16.Willingness to travel to client sites within the GCC and must be available after hours to assist as necessary
