Accounts Receivable

Key Responsibilities:
1.Accounts Receivable Management: Oversee the accounts receivable process, including invoice generation, monitoring payments, and following up on overdue accounts. Prepare and process receipts, reconcile customer accounts, and resolve discrepancies. Ensure timely collections and effective management of outstanding accounts.
2.Bank Guarantees and Letters of Credit: Manage, prepare, and monitor bank guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring all documentation comply with contract and banking requirements. Coordinate with banks to execute and follow up on guarantees and letters of credit, ensuring timely execution and accuracy.
3.Bank Reconciliation: Perform monthly bank reconciliations for multiple accounts, ensuring all transactions are accounted for and discrepancies resolved.
4.Accounts Receivable Reporting: Generate and analyze accounts receivable aging reports, providing insights into overdue balances and recommending actions for resolution. Prepare monthly and quarterly AR reports for management, including collection status and forecasted cash flows.
5.Data Management and Financial Systems: Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records and ensure proper documentation of all receivables transactions.
6.Communication and Customer Service: Liaise with internal departments, customers, and banks to resolve receivable-related inquiries or issues.

Requirements:
1.Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Accounts Receivable or a similar accounting role, with specific experience in handling bank guarantees, letters of credit, and bank reconciliations.
2.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with experience in using functions, pivot tables, etc.
3.Familiarity with ERP systems
4.Excellent writing and documentation skills.
