Key Account Manager
Role & Responsibilities:
1.Window person to existing Customers
a)Receiving inquiries of base vehicles and conversion and accessories
b)All compliance check follow-related tasks • Finalizing the specification & Price offer (including conversion) with Customer
c)Finding prospective Customers and connecting them with Manager.
2.Supply & Demand • All the tasks related Order-to-delivery
a)Operation from Headquarters/Sister Companies
b)Collaborating with Sister Companies
c) All the tasks related Order-to-delivery
d)Operation from Dubai
e)Collaborating with logistics team
f)Setting up relations with Local Distributors
3.Product
a)Right product setting with Headquarters
b)Assisting in finding out requested SFX and arranging preparation and request for a new SFX
4.Pricing
a)Assist right price setting and adjustment/discount
b)Maintaining Price Lists, prepare
c)Price Approval docs for SFX change etc
d)If required, price support negotiation with Headquarters and internally (GM)
5.Marketing/Promotion
a)Promotional support to Customers in collaboration with Headquarters
b)Assisting in preparing monthly forecast and orders
6.Market analysis (In collaboration with Sister Companies)
a)Grey Market Analysis
b)On Pricing
c)On Specification
d)On Availability
Qualifications and Education Requirements
1.Completed Higher Education in Economics, Management, or Technical/Engineering
2.Minimum of 5-year experience in product and pricing related job
3.Fluent in English is essential, some level of French is an advantage
4.Experience in sales, product and pricing in automotive sector
5.Experience of dealing with a diverse group of customers/nationalities.
6.High competence in Microsoft use (Excel, Word, Outlook etc)
7.Interest in automotive sector • Technical background or strong desire to learn technical side of automobile products
