Customer Service Sales - HVACR - Spain
Responsibilities
1.Provide professional and knowledgeable assistance to customers by identifying and fulfilling their product requests and answering technical questions.
2.Execute customer orders, requests, and other services accurately and timely.
3.Establish relationships with HVAC/R contractors, clients and repeat wholesale customers.
4.Perform informal and formal needs assessments for each customer to recommend appropriate goods and services
5.Develop a rapport with customers, demonstrating a friendly and helpful manner to put them at ease
6.Identify and prospect potential customers in the HVAC industry, including contractors, builders, and property owners
7.Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and new customers to promote customer loyalty and repeat business
8.Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients
9.Use a computer system for product research, invoicing, credits, and product procurement/replenishment.
Requirements
1.Associate or bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred
2.Basic knowledge of heating, air conditioning, and refrigeration (training provided).
3.2+ years of customer service or sales experience preferred in HVAC industry.
4.Genuine enthusiasm for sales and dealing with people.
5.Willingness to interact daily with customers from a wide range of cultures and backgrounds
6.Must be comfortable working independently and making minor decisions without direct supervision
7.Good sense of organization and keen attention to detail
8.Communicate with clients in Spanish (Mandatory) and French (intermediate).
