Finance Head
Key Responsibilities:
1.Financial Management & Reporting
2.Oversee the company’s financial planning, budgeting, and forecasting.
3.Prepare and analyze financial statements, P&L reports, and balance sheets.
4.Ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations, VAT, and taxation laws.
5.Develop MIS reports to provide financial insights and aid strategic decision-making.
6.Accounting & Cost Control
7.Maintain accurate bookkeeping and accounting records using Tally ERP.
8.Implement and manage costing strategies to enhance profitability.
9.Ensure cash flow management, accounts payable & receivable control, and working capital optimization.
10.Internal Controls & Compliance
11.Implement internal financial controls, risk management policies, and fraud prevention measures.
12.Conduct regular audits to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies.
13.Manage VAT filings, tax planning, and liaise with auditors & external financial entities.
14.Leadership & Coordination
15.Lead and mentor the finance team, ensuring efficiency and adherence to financial policies.
16.Work closely with banks, auditors, regulatory bodies, and senior management.
17.Collaborate with other departments (Sales, Operations) to align financial strategies with business objectives.
Qualifications & Experience:
1.Chartered Accountant (CA) qualification is mandatory.
2.3-5 years of finance experience in the UAE, preferably in a trading company.
3.Strong proficiency in Tally ERP and financial reporting tools.
4.Expertise in costing, budgeting, and financial analysis.
5.Knowledge of UAE tax laws, VAT compliance, and financial regulations.
6.Experience in MIS reporting, cash flow management, and financial planning.
7.Exceptional integrity, reliability, and trustworthiness (Reference check required).
Preferred Skills:
1.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
2.Excellent communication and leadership skills.
3.Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure trading environment.
4.Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and financial modeling.
5.Experience handling external audits, banking relations, and investor reporting.
