Sales Specialist

Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Market Expansion & Development: Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Develop and execute market entry strategies, including business development and customer acquisition plans. Build relationships with key stakeholders, partners, and clients to establish a strong market presence.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth: Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets in assigned markets. Identify and nurture leads, convert prospects into customers, and establish long-term business relationships. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and adjust strategies to maximize profitability.
3. Market Integration & Operations: Collaborate with internal teams (marketing, operations, finance, and product development) to ensure seamless integration into new markets. Oversee the implementation of operational processes, ensuring compliance with local regulations and company policies. Address operational challenges and provide solutions to optimize efficiency.
4. Customer & Partner Management: Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and local partners.: Gather customer feedback to refine product offerings and improve service delivery. Act as a liaison between the company and market stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
5. Reporting & Strategy Optimization: Prepare regular reports (PSI) on market performance, sales growth, and operational challenges. Provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and market sustainability. Stay updated with industry trends and competitor activities to maintain a competitive edge.

Requirements
1.Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
2.5+ years of experience in sales, market expansion, or business development, preferably in Consumer Electronics and Home Appliances.
3.Proven track record of successfully entering and managing new markets.
4.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a strategic mindset.
5.Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership abilities.
6.Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
7.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
