Accountant
Key Responsibilities:
1.Maintain accurate financial records, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports.
2.Oversee accounts payable and receivable processes to ensure timely payments and collections.
3.Monitor project expenses and track inventory costs for carpentry and flooring materials.
4.Verify and process purchase orders (POs) with a high level of precision.
5.Reconcile bank statements and manage cash flow effectively.
6.Ensure compliance with UAE VAT and corporate tax regulations.
7.Process payroll and maintain employee financial records.
8.Conduct cost analyses and prepare financial forecasts to guide business decisions.
9.Collaborate with project managers to evaluate financial progress and resolve discrepancies.
10.Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and clients for seamless financial transactions.
Qualifications:
1.Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
2.Proven experience in accounting, preferably in the carpentry, flooring, or construction industry.
3.Proficiency in accounting software Tally and Microsoft Office Suite.
4.Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy in work.
5.Strong organizational and time-management skills to handle a dynamic workload efficiently.
6.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
