Medical Insurance Broker
Key Responsibilities
1.Client Consultation: Engage with business clients to understand operations, risks, and current insurance challenges. Identify gaps in existing policies and offer strategic advice on suitable insurance solutions.
2.Policy Design & Customization: Develop tailored insurance packages combining medical and general coverage. Collaborate with underwriters and insurance providers to negotiate favorable terms that align with client objectives.
3.Policy Management & Renewals: Proactively manage the renewal process. Adjust coverage based on evolving business needs and risk profiles. Provide guidance on policy utilization when required.
4.Market Intelligence : Keep up to date with market trends, new insurance products, and regulatory changes affecting the corporate insurance landscape.
5.New Business Development: Attend networking events, industry seminars, and workshops to build relationships with prospective clients and remain informed of industry developments.
Requirements
1.Demonstrated experience as an insurance broker, with a strong focus on the B2B market
2.Expertise in both medical and general insurance products and how they apply to corporate clients
3.Excellent communication, negotiation, and client-facing skills
4.Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational abilities
5.Ability to foster and maintain relationships with diverse stakeholders
