HR Manager

Responsibilities
1.Oversee the entire employee lifecycle ensuring alignment with organizational priorities and strategic direction.
2.Foster a positive organizational culture that empowers, energizes, and engages employees through leadership, coaching, and team development.
3.Develop and maintain a strong talent pipeline to ensure long-term business sustainability.
4.Collaborate with leadership to set and achieve People & Culture goals.
5.Implement strategies to improve employee retention and engagement.
6.Ensure adherence to performance, development, and talent management processes.
7.Implement a compliant and competitive remuneration and benefits policy.
8.Anticipate future organizational and talent needs to support growth and transformation.
9.Ensure HR policies and practices are compliant with local guidelines and reflect company values and standards.

Requirements
1.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in related areas.
2.Bachelor’s degree, preferably in Business Administration, Psychology and/or Human Resources.
3.Influence leadership, presentation, and strategic execution skills.
4.Have an awareness of local cultures and international business environments.
5.The candidate must have an excellent command of English. Arabic is a plus.
