Group Chief Marketing Officer
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Group chief Marketing Officer.
Responsibilities:
. Develop and execute group-wide marketing, growth
. Lead digital and offline marketing across Google, Meta, TikTok, SEO, CRM, WhatsApp, influencers and partnerships.
. Own brand positioning, customer experience and multi-brand marketing strategy.
. Develop marketing plans for new branch launches and market expansion.
. Own marketing budgets, channel allocation, ROI and agency relationships.
. Track CAC, CPL, CPA, ROAS, conversion rates, LTV, retention and branch-level profitability.
. Lead and develop multidisciplinary marketing teams across Digital, Brand, Content, CRM, Partnerships and Growth/Analytics.
. Establish marketing KPIs and connect marketing performance directly to revenue and business growth.
. Utilize GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads, CRM/automation, WhatsApp and BI dashboards for performance management.
. Work closely with the CEO/shareholders and other senior stakeholders on commercial growth initiatives.
