Assistant Sales Manager
Our client is currently hiring for the position of Assistant Sales Manager
Responsibilities:
. Support the Sales team in achieving monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
. Manage and develop relationships with distributors, dealers, retailers, installers, and
key customers.
. Conduct regular market visits to understand customer needs, competitor activities,
product performance, pricing, and market trends.
. Follow up with distributors and customers on daily sales activities and pending orders.
. Identify opportunities to increase sales, distribution coverage, and market penetration.
. Research and identify potential distributors, dealers, retailers, and other business
opportunities.
. Support negotiations and closing of new customer agreements.
. Monitor competitor launches, promotions, pricing, and market activities.
. Support sales team members in developing new accounts and growing existing
customers.
. Follow up on sales action plans and ensure agreed activities are implemented.
. Support the planning and implementation of sales promotions, seasonal discounts,
dealer incentives, and promotional campaigns.
. Coordinate with Marketing teams regarding banners, merchandise, point-of-sale
materials, and other promotional tools.
. Communicate with credit customers regarding accounts receivable.
. Collect monthly market reports from customers and share them with Business
Planning.
